Just Another Day
I received one unit of platelets today (LC58773).
I still have no detectable white count. I never dreamed it would take so long. Most of the nurses say to be patient because it will happen. It's my doctor who is making me anxious. I hope I get some kind of white count by Monday so he'll back off the whole marrow biopsy plan. I prefer to wait just a little longer.
I felt exhausted today. I kept falling asleep watching the Golf U.S. Open (sorry soccer fans!)
