Please Say A Prayer

Many of you know about Nick Glasgow. He's 1/4 Japanese and 3/4 Caucasion and according to his doctor, had a 0% chance of finding a bone marrow match to save his life. He beat the odds and found not one, but two, perfect 10/10 matches. He received his transplant in August but has already relapsed. Please say a prayer and check out his blog.

About Me: My name is Nancy Sakakura. I began having problems with my blood counts in 2002. I was diagnosed with Myelodyplastic Syndrome (MDS) and Myelofibrosis in 2004 and have been in search of a bone marrow donor since that time. I will finally be undergoing a bone marrow transplant and will be admitted to the City of Hope Hospital in Duarte, CA on Mother's Day, May 14, 2006. This will be an account of my experiences, thoughts and current status. I will update this site daily to the best of my ability, otherwise, my family members will update it for me.
